NFRs are relevant from day 1. Building them in later will be your undoing.
Observability and logging are needed from day 1. Good luck supporting without them
Test on day 1. Your customers (and you) will appreciate it later
Deploy on day 1. You will all appreciate it later.
Look for things to improve and optimise every day.
